"The office staff was very efficient especially with the COVID-19 pandemic. I felt my son was in safe hands and in an environment that was safe. The office is very concerned over the safety of their patients, parents and staff.
My son had a successful check-up. The hygienist came out to the waiting room and spoke to me regarding a few areas that needs attention and gave advice on how to handle these issues.
As always, the staff was very efficient, pleasant and the experience with this dental office is just truly outstanding."

"Just visited Dr Gordon's office yesterday for my 8 year old daughters first dental visit a long time! I cannot say enough about how amazing Dr Gordon and her staff are! Getting a new patient appointment was quick and easy. All phone and in person communication was wonderful, staff was patient, kind, and empathetic with my daughter who lives with ADHD, ODD, anxiety and a SEVERE phobia of doctors (Dentists in particular). This fear in her stems from a highly traumatic dental procedure as a toddler, another place in which they refused a parent to be in the room with a petrified toddler, and lasty, a doctor rudely and abruptly stood up and stormed out on us when my daughter became too upset by their lack of empathy for her fears! Not only did my daughter sit in the big dental chair, she allowed them to look in her mouth, clean, scrape, brush, count, and floss, she even allowed them to do an x-ray. During the exam, the hygienist held my daughters hand while the dentist examined her and both were providing words of encouragement, praise, and calm detailed explanations my daughter could understand, accept, and comply with without fear! Walking in, it was very clean, sanitary, excellent COVID precautions and extremely welcoming and pleasant! Apologies for a book, but the detail is required to spread the word and ensure Dr Gordon and her staff receive the appropriate recognition of being a 10/10 rating, exceeding all my expectations in all areas that matter most for a pediatric dentist!"
